New Start Staging and Organizing is a home staging company in the business of preparing property to sell, and is proudly owned and operated by me, Sueanne Pacheco.

I started New Start Staging as life unexpectedly took a turn. There were several life-changing events, including my passion for marketing starting to wane. I wasn’t exactly sure whether I was coming or going in my present, yet I had a burning desire for a new start.

I channeled my love for creativity and now I am a Certified UltimateStager™ (USC™), and professional Ultimate Certified Professional Organizer™, (UCPO™) with a knack for transforming homes into works of art. I see my marketing career and home staging like the perfect storm. The amazing thing is staging gives me the opportunity to explore all the things I enjoy – visual creativity, writing, home design, organizing. And, have fun at it, too!

With this aesthetic desire, I want to bring stylish, functional spaces to life. I bring a empathetic, warmhearted disposition to make you feel at ease. I understand the mental transition from owner to seller can be stressful, especially, when opening your home requires trust. I will be respectful of your wishes. I will be respectful of your home.
