New Start Staging is a home staging company in the business of preparing property to sell and lived in, and is proudly owned and operated by, Sueanne Pacheco.
I am a Certified UltimateStager™ (USC™), and professional Ultimate Certified Professional Organizer™, (UCPO™) with a knack for transforming homes into works of art. My love for creating one-of-a-kind functional spaces is rooted in my love for creative design and art, eye for detail, not to mention my experience as a marketing professional. My marketing career and staging are like the perfect storm. The amazing thing is staging gives me the opportunity to explore all the things I enjoy – visual creativity, writing, home design, organizing. And, have fun, too!
Professional, Certified UltimateStagers™ consultant, Sueanne Pacheco, and her team work with clients to determine their needs and requirements to meet a variety of short-term and long-term living and moving needs. We will provide information and recommendations to help in their decision making for the sale of their home. The consultation package(s) and organizing is designed with our clients scheduling, time and budget in mind. We implement solutions as directed by our clients.
New Start Staging Consultation Packages
The home consultation package allows budget conscious homeowners and real estate agents the opportunity to assess the recommendations and upgrades required to prepare a home for sale. This involves a compreshensive external and internal walk through. Sueanne Pacheco, a Certified UltimateStager™ will guide the homeowner and/or real estate agent through the home staging process. This is ideal (1) for those who want to do their home update themselves and are unsure of where to start; and (2) for those who need a simple plan of action that meet their budget needs.
